Procedures:

Haldane Diogenes maintains open communications with our clients and coordinates all aspects of the search to ensure a smooth process. For each search completed, Haldane will complete the following steps:

· Meet with each client to analyze the company’s requirements and to ensure that we understand the characteristics of the position and the company in an effort to the level of skills and experience necessary to identify a successful candidate.

· Obtain approval from client for a detailed search profile.

· Develop search strategy and begin to identify potential applicants.

· Narrow list of candidates through the initial screening and prepare background profiles.

· Upon completion of the background profiles, the best possible candidates are presented to our clients for review.

· Work with clients to facilitate interview process.

· Once the candidates are identified, we continue to work with the clients & candidates through the negotiation stage as well as assisting in a smooth transition.
