Haldane Diogenes was established in 1995 to bring a client-centric approach to executive recruiting needs in the Consumer Products and Natural Resources sectors. Haldane Diogenes has also placed senior level candidates in the oil & gas markets, consulting and the pharmaceutical industries. Since that time, the company has expanded into Healthcare and Consulting while maintaining a leadership position at the top of the recruiting chain. Our industry experience enables us to quickly and objectively evaluate potential candidates, and provide clients with thoughtful alternatives. Haldane Diogenes is a high-precision recruiting tool, and compared to the competition, unhampered by candidate blockage. Haldane Diogenes is consumed with providing top quality candidates, and has worked hard to establish long-term relationships with our clients, working in a timely and ethical manner. We strive to communicate openly with clients and candidates, and respect the inherent relationships developed. Our ultimate goal is to provide the client with a difficult choice among several top-notch candidates, and to assist in the closure and successful recruitment. Confidentiality is sacred, discretion our watchword, and Diogenes our guiding light. Since beginning his recruiting career in 1987, Haldane has recruited scores of honest men and women.

We do not accept assignments if we can not add expertise and value, and repeat business is the clearest indicator that we have done so. At Heidrick & Struggles, Haldane had the highest repeat business percentage in the New York office, and that pattern continues to this day.

Our Principal

Our Founder and President, William R. Haldane, has over 20 years of recruiting experience. Senior recruiting of the highest order should not be delegated to juniors. It was this belief that led Haldane to form his own company, with the stated view of limiting the number of assignments he would handle in order to maximize client services. With a successful track record in senior recruiting since 1987, results to date indicate a winning formula.
